Solve clues to find favorite landmarks and interesting in Boston. Take photos at every stop along the way with your team to earn points with additional challenges, checkins, and other fun activities along the way. Round off your adventure with an after party where winners will be announced, with snacks and drinks and music to celebrate. Instagram Challenges: Select trivia questions will include instructions to post your photo on Instagram to win additional prizes and giftcards! Winners will be the team with the best photo who also includes the correct tags and message, to be announced at the after party.
Tickets:
All tickets include commemorative pint glass, swag bags, and admission to our after party with food and fun provided. No purchases will be required during the scavenger hunt.
Time:
Registration and Scavenger Hunt Warm Up: 12pm-1pm
Arrive at Lir to check in,, lock in your team and team name, and pick up your wristbands and trivia packet. Warm up your trivia smarts, meet other scavenger hunters, and collect early bird points only available until 1pm to give you an edge on the road ahead!
Scavenger Hunt: 1pm -4pm
Get ready for a day of exploring as you solve clues and uncover surprises. Make a plan of attack and hit the pavement in your best walking shoes. Bring creativity to your photos for a chance to win bonus points and prizes, and tackle challenges.
After Party: 4pm-6pm
Celebrate your success with a party! See your pictures on the big screen as you refuel with snacks, claim your swag bag, and find out who won. You must return to Lir at 4pm to receive your swag bag, Grand Prize, runner up prizes, and Instagram Challenge prizes. Bring your ID if you’d like drinks from the cash bar. DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND, it gets you in.
The game:
Choose your own adventure to earn points! There are many ways to earn points, and have a fun, memorable afternoon so do whichever ones interest you the most.
There are clues that are time sensitive, such as those during registration, and other clues may be released later in the game. Keep an eye out!
Each trivia question will lead to a specific location, where you can earn points for the game by taking a photo and posting it to the app with additional challenges for specific locations such as checking in, striking a pose, or downloading a free app.
Our team will be approving submissions for points. You will be notified if you submit an incorrect answer, and have the chance to try again.
