Our evening kicks off with a goal setting workshop where you’ll:

• formulate your goals, learn how to “reverse engineer”, and develop a successful path to achieve them

• we’ll talk strategies and how to avoid common pitfalls and roadblocks to success

• learn what time blocking is, different methods of time blocking, and how to apply it to your day for more efficiency

• receive the 2026 Goal Planning Workbook

Then, for those who have opted into the 2026 Accountability Program we’ll begin with our first session and you’ll meet your accountability partners for the year.

With our Accountability Program, you’ll be sharing your goals and progress throughout the year with a motivated group of your peers. You’ll be part of a familiar, supportive, environment, where everyone wants to succeed.

What’s included:

• Virtual goal setting and group check-in meetings led by BostonYPA’s Board - established professionals and experienced business owners themselves

• We’ll have guest speakers providing educational presentations for processes and skills to support your career and business growth. Speakers will be selected and arranged after polling members of the program.

• Strategies to keep you on track, get you back on track, and have a succesful year where you achieve your goals.

• Access to our Coworking Days where you can work alongside others

By making yourself accountable, you’ve given yourself no choice but to achieve your goals. Set yourself up for success and make yourself accountable with other members of our community. By meeting with your Accountability Group regularly, you’ll also have a trusted individuals to discuss your goals and progress with, and peers to reconnect with at our networking events.

• Tuesday, January 20th @ 7PM: Program Launch with Goal Setting Workshop

• February - December: bi weekly virtual meetings and additional in person gatherings.
