Executive Director @ Wildflower Inc

Local non-profit, Wildflower, is partnering with Eos Transition Partners in search of a new Executive Director. Wildflower provides the gifts of summer camp, enrichment experiences, and consistent, long-term support to children and families who have lost a parent.  This enduring commitment enables Wildflower to make a real and lasting impact on the at-risk kids it serves, offering a restorative experience for the children and their widowed parents as they recover from their loss.

The new Executive Director is a professional with senior leadership and development experience and a passion for and commitment to Wildflower’s unique mission. In partnership with a dedicated and experienced team of profissionals, camp partners, and an engaged board, the Executive Director will do the following:

• Manage Wildflower’s business operations

• Forge partnerships

• Grow programs

• Increase visibility and impact

• Secure the financial resources required to deliver on its mission
