Senior Human Resources Administrator @ Chewy
Our Opportunity:
As the Senior HR Administrator, you will support Chewy's corporate HR Business Partner team in our Boston, MA office. This team partners and drives talent strategy with some of the largest, fastest-growing, and most dynamic groups in e-commerce today. You'll be working on many aspects of the HR field, including but not limited to strategic and tactical work on various talent projects and initiatives, serving as a listening mechanism for team members across your business units, synthesizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, providing administrative support, and executing localized HR processes. The ideal candidate has a versatile skill set, the capacity to flex across HR, is a self-starter, can prioritize well and has a solid customer-focused orientation.
What You'll Do:
Organize, schedule, and conduct various types of interviews/focus groups (exit, stay, new hires, etc.)
Synthesize information and provide written summaries and senior leadership/executive reporting as needed
Support projects and talent initiatives
Assist in driving engagement and retention initiatives and team member experience
Partner across HR Centers of Excellence to drive processes and results
Drive ongoing process improvements Execute localized HR processes as needed
Organize and support headcount planning processes Generate various types of correspondence and other general administrative support
Support and actively engage in any other HRBP team tasks and initiatives as needed
What You'll Need:
1+ years of HR or relevant business experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
High-quality documentation and report preparation
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and intuitive sense of business acumen
Ability to take the initiative and prioritize appropriately
High level of comfort with ambiguity and change Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail, reliability, and at a relatively quick pace
Ability to interface and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Capacity for occasional travel
